Labeling is used in many industries. Label tags for clothing and jewelery are the most common. Cardboard labels often contain information about the product – name, composition, size, part number, etc. Previously, it was filled manually with an ordinary ballpoint pen, but it now seems expensive to order such labels in a printing house, so it was invented to manufacture them.
With the help of special equipment, cardboard labels with the necessary printed text are made in a few minutes. Barcoding is done to automatically identify the product unit, if required. Cardboard labels can be made using a variety of technologies. The result can be a laminated product with a matte / glossy finish, looks more solid than analogs and attracts more attention. Varnish can be used as a protective coating, such labels are less expensive but not very durable.
